I do like a few of their coats, but for my taste the selection felt limited. I’m a bit particular about fit and colour, and it seemed like the sizes and shades I’d actually consider were already gone. I was hoping to have more to choose from, but I ended up leaving without buying anything.

I wanted to like these, but they’re just not comfy at all. After wearing them for a bit I was already annoyed and couldn’t wait to take them off. Def not something I’d wear for long...

I tried ordering from tog24.com it was such a hassle. The site kept freezing right at checkout, then it looked like my payment had gone through but I never got a confirmation email, so I was just left wondering... Had to check my bank and then get in touch with support, which is the last thing you want when you’re just trying to buy something. Really frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I bought this jacket from tog24.com mainly for walking the dog, and it’s been a letdown. The first time I wore it in proper rain, my hoodie underneath was already damp after about 20 minutes. It also felt like water was getting in around the seams, which is really frustrating. I expected better for the price, and now I’ve got the hassle of figuring out whether to return it or just put up with it. It looks fine, but the weather protection just isn’t good enough. I wouldn’t buy it again.

It felt like it took a few days or so before I heard anything back from customer service. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely slower than I was expecting.

I was disappointed when my coat arrived. It came in this thin bag that was ripped open, with barely any protection at all. The box inside was crushed and even a bit damp. Maybe I just expected better from TOG24, but for me the packaging really let the whole experience down.

I placed the order because the site said it was in stock, but a little later it got cancelled because apparently it wasn’t available after all. When I contacted support, it felt like they were implying I should’ve known or that it was somehow my fault, which made the whole thing more frustrating. Disappointing experience...

I was hoping to find some cute outdoor pieces, but most of the styles felt kind of dated and boxy. The colors were dull too, which didn’t help. I really wanted to like them, actually, for a second I thought maybe they’d grow on me, but nope, just not my style at all

My order was totally fine and I was happy with what I got, but the delivery charge felt a bit high for such a small purchase. I’d order again, actually I probably would, but only if the postage was a little cheaper

I ordered my usual size, but the jacket fit like it was at least two sizes smaller. Definitely not what I expected haha

It’s hard to find clear details about where things are made or what they’re actually doing around materials and waste. They mention a few recycled pieces here and there, but it still doesn’t feel very transparent. For an outdoor brand, I expected a lot more clarity, so I’m left feeling a bit disappointed

I tried using a discount code on tog24.com, but no matter how I entered it, it kept coming up as not valid. The annoying bit was that the code was still showing on the site, so I spent far too long double-checking the spelling, the spacing, and whether I’d missed some tiny terms and conditions. Then the checkout total changed twice while I was going through it, which just made the whole thing feel a bit off. In the end I gave up and ordered somewhere else. not worth the hassle for a so-called discount.

The fabric feels okay overall, but it’s definitely thinner than I expected. I’m a bit cautious about how well it’ll hold up with regular use, so I’m not totally sure I’d rely on it for anything that needs to be super durable.
